                    The Tree Of “Life” Revisited

Key Text: Genesis 3:22, Revelation 2:7.

Genesis 3:22 (KJV)

22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

Revelation 2:7 (KJV)

7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that over-cometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

At first note that in the book of Genesis this tree was in the Mist of the “Garden” in the Presence of Man, but not given to eat. But we note that in the book of Revelation this

Tree is in the Mist of the Paradise of “God” = the Garden Of Eden was all so the Paradise of God. But now God will “Give To Eat of the tree of Life” but only to those

Who have “Overcome!”.. So now we see that man will get back to the Garden of Eden to the Place where man was before “Sin” cast Him Out!!. Want that be a Wonderful

Day. But now we must ask our self’s How do we get back? What must we do?

Well a Man Named Nicodemus asked Jesus the same Question in John 3:3 (KJV)

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. now Nicodemus must have been rubbing his head wondering how in the world can “I” be Born again??. 4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born? 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. .. so now lets

Understand the being born of the water, for this we go to the Book of Acts, for Peter

Tells us what we Must! Do. But first we must know a little about Peter and his Big

Key in all this. So we see that in Matthew 16:18 (KJV)

18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Matthew 16:19 (KJV)

19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. so we see that Jesus Him self gave to Peter the Keys of the Kingdom

On how to be Born again. These Keys were first Preached by Peter in the Book of Acts.

So now we can go onto the book of Acts and see what Peter said in the 2nd Chapter

Acts 2:38 (KJV)

38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

So now we see how we are to be Born of the Water by being Baptized in the Name of Jesus and being born of the Spirit by receiving the Spirit of Jesus in the Form of the

Holy Ghost. But we Must see that we Must speak in Tongues just as Peter Did

Acts 2:4 (KJV)

4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. Then and Only Then will we have the Keys Of The Kingdom and we will be Born Again Of the Water and Of The Spirit as Brother

Nicodemus was wondering so much about. But Now what?? Well it does not end hear

Jesus Tells us in Hebrews 12:14 (KJV)

14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:

These are the Keys to Overcome The only way to get to the Tree of Life ! Jesus

Says by Paul in Philippians 4:13 (KJV)

13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Only By Jesus Christ Can

We make it, For God gave of Him Self in order to Buy us back to the Place we once were

Before Sin! The Garden of Eden

“Paradise”! And The “Tree Of Life”

Everlasting

"Forgotten Soldiers"
Mood:  surprised
Topic: Soldiers

This Is one of the Big issues of our time, but is not heard about much because it is sweep-ed under the rug and hope that it is not seen and heard about. But in this day of "War" and sayings of "Support our troops" it needs to be seen and heard about. This is For the Forgotten Soldiers and the Forgotten Hero's, Not the ones you see or hear about on news, but the ones setting or Lying in your VA Hospital or Living under a Bridge, Maybe in your own home town. These Soldiers are the Forgotten ones, the ones that served at least the Minimal time for there country, They are the ones that have lost a leg or two, a arm or two and in some even there Minds Locked up within them selfs. Some have lost every thing in life and are standing in soup Lines trying to eat, Has our "Loving" country forgotten them? these Forgotten Soldiers,? These Forgotten Hero's? In some cases YES!. They truly Gave there ALL, There Legs for there Country, There Arms For there Country, There Right Minds. Some times the Hero's are not the ones with there "Names Of A Wall" Or "Marker" Just take a walk in the Halls of a VA Hospital and you will and can see a lot of them. My Dad worked there for years and as a child i would see these men who have Lost There "Dignity" to the point of Urinating on a tree out side of the Hospital Not really knowing where they were at or what they were doing. So when we think of Support our troops lets NOT forget these "Forgotten Soldiers" for at one time they were the ones that we were saying Lets "Support" and at one time these Soldiers that we are saying "Support our troops" could be "The Forgotten Soldiers"

Homosexuality

                                           Against Homosexuality

Prepared by and Edited by Bishop Michael Neal, D.D.

The Bible is clearly against the practice of homosexuality. God
did not intend for male and male, or female and female to have sexual
relations. As the popular saying goes, "God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and
Steve!" He made woman for the man and not a mam for a man or a woman for a woman,
he meant for "Man" to be frutfull and reproduce {Have children} it is kinda hard
to do that with a "Man & Man" or a "Woman & Woman"? how many times in nature have you
seen a Male Dog mate with another Male Dog, or a Female Dog Mate with another Female
Dog {or any other Mammal for that matter}. But man kind will do most anything that
the flesh will tell them to do, unless and untill they put the thier flesh under the
power of God and the Holy Ghost. So now lets see what the "Word of God" says in the
    Bible.

The OT & NT condemns homosexuality. The Law of Moses said, "You
shall not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is an abomination"
    (Leviticus 18:22; c.f 20:13).

The OT also condemns "sodomites," which were male temple prostitutes (I
Kings 14:24; 15:12; 22:46; II Kings 23:7). Some would argue that these male
prostitutes were for the female worshippers, but it was primarily the males
who involved themselves in the cultic worship of the pagan temples. The male
prostitutes were for the purpose of homosexual acts with other men.
The NT is just as clear on this issue as is the OT. In Romans 1 Paul was
demonstrating how the Gentiles have failed to live up to the revelation of
God given them. He wrote of the many evils they did while suppressing the
knowledge of God revealed to them (Romans 1:18-21). Such evils included
idolatry, fornication, maliciousness, disobedience to parents, hate for God,
inventions of evil things, and homosexuality.. Paul plainly declared,
"Because of this [the suppression of truth resulting in idolatry], God gave
them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations
for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations
with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed
indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for
their perversion" (Romans 1:26-27, NIV). Although homosexuality is not named
as such here, the act of homosexuality is clearly described. It was in
judgment that God allowed men and women to have sexual relations with the
same sex, but they did receive in themselves their due punishment for such
    indecent acts.

While listing those who would not inherit the kingdom of God, Paul noted
that homosexuals will not be saved: "Do you not know that the wicked will
not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually
immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual
offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor
swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God" (I Corinthians 6:9-10, NIV). To
further demonstrate that these things are not to be named among Christians
Paul continued to say, "And that is what some of you were. But you were
washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord
Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God" (v. 11).

The Biblical evidence is conclusive that homosexual relations are ungodly,
but the case against homosexuality is not limited to the Biblical witness.
There is also sound reasons to object homosexuality as an acceptable
behavior. Homosexuality is unnatural. Speaking as plainly as I can, all
people have "in holes" and "out holes" in their body. Some holes are
designed to take things into them, and some holes are designed to rid things
from the body. We should not confuse the obvious purpose of these holes.
Nature argues against homosexuality as an "alternative" lifestyle.

Most people who argue for homosexuality will tend to believe in evolution
also. You could point out to these individuals that even evolution argues
against their practices. Evolution teaches the survival of the fittest.
Since homosexuals cannot reproduce offspring, they cannot continue in the
fight for survival, and thus are an inferior "species." I’m sure that no
homosexual would like to think of himself/herself in this manner, but their
own philosophies would lead them to that conclusion. There is no denying it
that their lifestyle contradicts the natural order of things.

    In conclusion:

the sin of homosexuality is debase, but homosexuals are in
need of salvation as are all other sinners. We are to love the sinner, but
hate his / her sin. All people are valuable and should be loved simply because
they are created in God’s image. We must respect homosexuals as human beings,
but never condone or accept their ungodly behavior. There is a difference
between our position as to the moral nature of homosexuality, and our personal
feelings towards homosexuals. Some Christians have confused these two issues,
allowing their position to influence their feelings toward the homosexual person in a
negative, hateful manner. Such an attitude is unchristian. Let us make it
clear to our world that we love all people because they are created in God's
image, but must stand in opposition to their sin against the word of God and his
word and Spirit. We can never get the Light of the word of God to these Souls if we
will not or do not speak to them or if we keep them out of the church {Building} because
of this Sin. We "MUST" remember that the church is a "Hospital" for the souls and Spirit
of Man, if we shun these souls from it, then they can never be "Healed" {Delivered} . Or even see or know they need to be.....

"Apostle" & the Apostolic Ministry
Mood:  happy
Topic: "Apostle"

The Nature of the Apostolic Ministry

Some people would argue that there is absolutely no place for apostles in the church today. Such a ministry, they would say, ended many centuries ago, either in the first century or at least by the time the canon of Scripture was completed and recognized.

Other commentators would be a little more open-minded, but would limit the present role of apostolic ministry to missionary work in areas of the world where the gospel has never yet been preached. In fact, the word "missionary" comes from a Latin word meaning the same as the Greek word "apostolos," one sent forth.

The Function of an Apostle

Before responding to the various viewpoints on whether apostles are - or should be - present today, it is important to first take a look at the role and function of apostles in the First Century churches.

1. Taking the gospel to unreached areas. Paul said to the Romans, "It has always been my ambition to preach the gospel where Christ was not known, so that I would not be building on someone else's foundation" (Romans 15:20).

2. Laying a firm foundation (Christ Himself) for the churches being established. Paul speaks of this important apostolic role: "By the grace God has given me, I laid a foundation as a wise master builder, and someone else is building on it. But each one should be careful how he builds. For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ" (1 Corinthians 3:10,11).

3. Training the initial leaders and appointing elders. When Paul and Barnabas made their second visit to Lystra, Iconium and Pisidian Antioch, they prayed and fasted and ordained elders in each church (acts 14:21-23). Paul likewise instructs Titus to "set in order" the churches in Crete and appoint elders in every city (Titus 1:5).

4. Dealing with specific problems, false doctrines or sins in the churches that had been established. Paul's first letter to the Corinthians illustrates his use of apostolic authority to speak to a number of problems in the church he had planted at Corinth: disunity, immaturity, pride, immorality, taking other believers to court before secular authorities, questions about celibacy and marriage, disputes about meat sacrificed to idols, wrong handling of the Lord's Supper, misuse of spiritual gifts, confusion about the resurrection, etc.

5. Promoting unity in the Body of Christ. The unity principle was applied on many different levels. In Philippi, Paul had to deal with a situation of contention between two ladies in the local assembly, Euodia and Syntyche. In Corinth, there was apparently city wide disunity in the church because of various believers choosing to rally around dynamic leaders such as Paul, Apollos, and Peter. Paul also performed the apostolic role of providing a link of communication and sharing with the universal Body of Christ around the world.

6. Demonstrating and imparting the supernatural dimension of the Kingdom of God. Although it is God's intention for all believers to heal the sick, cast out demons and perform miracles by the power of the Holy Spirit, those in apostolic ministry are particularly to bear this credential. Thus it is said that God did extraordinary miracles through Paul. Apostles were often used in a special way to impart the power of God to other believers.

In stating these six functions of apostles in the First Century church, it must be realized that each of the apostles in the New Testament was unique as to how he carried out his apostolic role. Peter was particularly gifted in reaching out to the lost. Paul seemed to excel in teaching and in building believers together as a functional expression of the Body of Christ. John's apostleship carried with it a prophetic heart that God's people would continually walk together in righteousness with the Lord and love each other. James, the half-brother of Jesus, also seems to have functioned as an apostle, even though the focus of his ministry was more pastoral and localized in Jerusalem.

It is also important to realize that having an apostolic calling did not automatically mean that the apostle had the right to exercise full authority in all places and situations. It was a ministry based upon relationship and not only on calling.

Also, it means that the authority of an apostle waned in certain ways once the local church was firmly established and provided with the oversight of local elders. The relationship and the authority still existed when necessary to intervene in problems not being remedied by the local leadership, but it was Paul's perspective that he was like a father whose role of authority diminished once his son or daughter reached adulthood. His heart was not to establish a "chain of command," but rather to see each church established under the headship of Christ.

What about today?

Many commentators have come to the conclusion that after the Apostle John died, the "apostolic age" officially came to an end and there ceased to be any valid apostolic ministry. This view is based upon two erroneous assumptions:

1. That the role of the apostle was limited to the original twelve apostles chosen by Jesus. A careful reading of the New Testament will show that others are specifically referred to as apostles: Matthias, Paul, Barnabas, Silas, Timothy, Andronicus, Junias, Epaphroditus, and many more. The Twelve are indeed said to have a special role in the purposes of God, but that does not mean they are the only apostles.

2. That there is no need for apostles today. This objection can be best be answered by looking again at the list of functions of an apostle. Are the functions still relevant today?

Relevant Functions for Today

Unreached Areas - Although the gospel has gone out to some degree to every nation of the earth, there are still an estimated 16,000 "people groups" that are geographically or linguistically isolated and have never even heard of Jesus Christ.

Foundation Laying - Many churches in America and all over the world have never really been established on a solid biblical foundation. They have been built upon human traditions and human opinions, but not upon Christ Himself and His eternal Word.

Training Leaders - Today the apostolic function of training leaders has been largely replaced by seminaries and Bible schools. Appointing the leaders of local churches has been made a matter of congregational voting, selection by a denominational hierarchy, or ambitious aspiring young preachers simply starting their own churches and appointing themselves the pastors. The result has often been that leaders are put in places of responsibility that they are not really called to by God, and are not adequately equipped to fulfill. They may have been good students at the seminary, but are likely to miss the kind of personal training and character development that Timothy received from Paul.

Problem Solving - It is clear that local churches frequently encounter problems that they have difficulty solving without outside assistance. Pastors are often without any personal accountability and often have no one to give them input regarding church problems. Sometimes local leaders have blind spots and cannot even see the shortcomings that exist. There still a need today for men of apostolic authority to pierce through the blindness, ignorance and pride, speaking the Word of God to areas of sin, imbalance, false doctrine, division and other problems.

Unity - The disunity of the Body of Christ is still a scandal that robs us of the full blessing of God and undercuts our testimony to the lost. Men of genuine apostolic heart have a burden to see God's people come together as a united family and a united army. They see an overview of the universal church around the world and can sense the heartbeat of what the Lord is speaking. The vision is sorely needed in the church today, and only men of apostolic insight and authority can bring it about in a significant way.

Supernatural - We live in a day when God is moving mightily to restore signs and wonders to the church. For too long we have relied upon our intellect, human wisdom, and persuasive words - the very things Paul put no confidence in: "My message and my preaching were not in wise and persuasive words, but with demonstration of the Spirit's power, so that your faith might not rest on men's wisdom, but on God's power (1 Corinthians 2:4,5).

Yes, we need apostles today!

I will admit that I've always been a little wary of people who go around calling themselves an "apostle" or "prophet" or some other high sounding title. Sadly, it has often been that those most eager to use such a title have been woefully in character and credentials. Nevertheless, God is raising up apostles to serve His church today, and if we are wise we will recognize our need for such output.

Jesus is restoring His Church today! We still have a long way to go, but let us receive those He sends to be part of the restoration process! I will make this last Note: That the work of a Apostle can all so be done by the "Just Ministers" in and of the Church as well as the Bishop's & Elders.

                                                  -From Saints to Cursed Children-

"Cursed children that have forsaken the right way...."
                                                   ( 2 Peter 2: )

I am amazed daily at the number of people who still call themselves Christians but have transformed their Christianity and their churches into social clubs where sin is part of their daily routine. Many of these individuals once walked with God in the beauty of holiness, but now they only walk in a church organization and have long since left God and the beauty of holiness that God demands.

It is sad to say, but I say it to warn God's saints in light, many of those once-saved saints are still in the church and in leadership positions, harming many saints of God, as they preach a gospel that is not the gospel of Christ but a bastardized gospel that they are the fathers of. And many of these perdition-bound social Christians are people I used to know in the Lord, and they once knew and loved the gospel of Christ and the word of God!

My heart is made sad this day by his people who have strayed so far away from Him and are attempting with flawed rationalizations that only deceive themselves to justify shame and putrefying sores in God's house. Satan has deceived so many of those whom I once knew in the beauty of holiness, for now they live lives of lies because they received not the love of the truth. And being blinded by Satan's devices, they seemingly cannot be reached any longer because many have been given a strong delusion that Paul said God would send upon them as they continued to believe the lie and not receive the love of truth. Now they will be damned. [2 Thes. 2:11-13]

Many who are not now at the stage of the reprobated mind* cannot actually see or believe that many ministers, pastors, bishops, church members, etc., are really not saved, for they are still in the church singing the songs of Zion. Those false brethren are trees that are twice dead and have been plucked up by the roots, yet they seem green, but they are not alive in God and will soon be cut down. [2 Pet.2:17] They are the fulfillment of a prophecy of Paul many have overlooked, but Paul said that they would come from without the church and from within the church. [Acts 20:29-30]

If a minister is not preaching the rightly divided word of God, he is not a saint in light. The Apostle Peter said, these ministers will entice many with swelling words, but they have erred from the faith. So brazen are wicked ministers today that they assert things they would not dared to speak just since I became saved. They would dare to say that one can sin repeatedly and still be in Christ, one can curse and lie, commit various forms of of adultery and abominations and still be saved, if he only has faith, as if faith is some type of construct in the mind and not a life-guiding principle that fashions behavior and actions; such declarations are not issued from men of God, but from messengers of Satan. For these are damnable lies, concocted by men of corrupt minds who do not know the way of God but the way of these self-serving teachings, as they engage in such sins.

As Paul said during his time, he fought with false brethren and beast, Peter said in the Second book of Peter, Chapter Two that many false brethren shall come. That prophecy of Peter is for today. Many have come and are here; many are not saved as defined by God's word, yet they still claim the name of Christ to take away their reproach [Isa.4:1] But as Paul and Peter said, these ministers have erred from the faith and have pierced their souls through with many sorrows, as they have received the love of money spirit.

But I plead with you, dear child of the Living God, do not allow wicked men to do as, Peter says they would attempt to do: have you forsake the right way of God with great swelling words, promising you liberty after you have escaped the pollution of the world. Stay free, prove all ministers today because they pose the greatest threat to the salvation of many, live the total rightly-divided word of God, and do not allow men to make you cursed children who are now twice dead--dead at natural birth from the curse of Adam that is upon us all and dead again, after having been born again and then falling from this right way of God--and plucked up from the roots out of the kingdom of God. [1 Thes. 5:20; 2 Tim. 2:15; 2 Pet.2:18-20]

My heart is heavy today for the many who are going backward from the right way of God, and many do not even know it, and some do not care; I plead with you, walk in the light, as Christ is the light and hasten to remove yourself from anyone who does not preach the whole counsel of God.

Every person must be born again into the kingdom of God that he or she may grow on into godly adulthood/perfection to see God in peace. Let no man deceive you, we must be a church without blemish, spot, or any such things; we must be a church that has grown into the express image of Christ. That is perfection, and perfection is the next step of salvation, once you are born again. You have to be born out of the world and into God's kingdom so you can be perfected, if you are perfectly born again. Outside his kingdom, you can never become perfect, but inside his kingdom you MUST become perfect. [Mat. 5:48; Eph. 4:11; Heb. 6:1-3] God has given true ministers the wherewithal to guide you in this process.

Dear Child of God, the hereafter is much longer than this present world; for the present is temporal and shall pass away, but the hereafter is eternal. This life and the mere things of this life are NOT worth a glimpse of the King in His Glory. I plead with you to come along with us to glory: Live all the word of God and live eternally with God! Pick and chose of God's word to live and die as a fool dies!

Don't you really want to see God? Really see God! Think about it: to actually, finally, really see God--no man or creature of limited means, but the God of all creation; the maker of all creatures, things living and nonliving! The creator of the universe; the maker of man. To see him who was not created but created all--him who is without father or mother, beginning of day and ending of years. Him who knows all the thoughts and intentions of the heart! To look upon him who is the very essence of life and omniscience and to live forever in his saving grace!

"Oh I want to see him;
to look upon his face.
There to sing forever of his saving grace.
On the streets of glory, let me lift my voice.
Cares all past, home at last
Ever there to rejoice!"

My heart is troubled and saddened by the multitudes in the valley of decision, for I know that the Lord's judgment is soon in that valley. Yet, I am still sick with the love of the Lord, and I say, come Lord Jesus! [Song of Solomon 5:8] But I plead with you who can still be reached to come with me to a city whose builder and maker is God; I plead with you who can still be reached, those who have not gone from saints to cursed children, because I know the terror of God, and I know the end of nonbelievers and those who were once saved and go back--Peter said it is better if they had not known the way of Christ! [2 Pet. 2:20-22]

The Oldest Church
Mood:  happy
Topic: The Pentecostal Apostolic

The Pentecostal Apostolic Faith is the Oldest in the world it was started by Jesus Christ around 33AD On the day of Pentecost, when the group were all assembled together with one accord in one place, there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind. It filled all the house where they were sitting. Cloven tongues that looked like fire were seen above each seeker. They were all filled with the Holy Ghost; words they had never learned came to their lips, inspired by the Holy Spirit of God. Acts 2:1-4, John 3:7-8, Matt. 3:11-12. Then a great crowd assembled from all parts of Jerusalem. They heard the Galileans speaking in languages that could be understood by all the great throng of people. As they questioned, Peter stood up. Inspired by the Holy Spirit of God, Peter preached a message of boldness and power. He explained how the wonderful scene was a fulfillment of Joel's prophecy of old time. He told the crowd how they had wickedly crucified and slain Jesus of Nazareth, whom God had sent to bless them. He declared God had raised Jesus from the dead, and had made Him Lord and Christ. Now the risen Christ had sent the promised Holy Ghost or the promised Comforter. Acts 2:5-36 and Joel 2:28-32. Conviction and remorse for sin seized many in the multitude. "Men and brethren, what shall we do?" they cried. Peter commanded them to repent, to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, and promised they should receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. He said the promise was for them, for their children, and for all that was a far off, even as many as God shall call. Acts 2:38-39. That same day, about three thousand people were baptized. They became witnesses of the risen Christ. A Church of prayer, praise and power was established. Miracles and signs were accomplished in the name of Jesus. From Jerusalem, the Gospel was carried by devoted men of God to different parts of the earth. Thank God for Pentecost! It was the Birthday of the First and True Church! The Church began at Jerusalem, upon the Day of Pentecost, when the Holy Ghost or the Holy Spirit came upon the group assembled in the upper room. That same day, about three thousand were added to them by baptism. The Lord added others to the Church as they were saved. Luke 24:49, Acts 1:4-8, Acts 2:1-4, 41, 47. Gentiles were included in the Church when the Holy Spirit fell upon Cornelius, his relatives, and near friends. The Jews recognized that God had given the Gentiles repentance unto life when they heard them speak with tongues and magnify God. Acts 10:44-48, 11:15-18, Rom. 26:3-4 and Mark 16:15. God's way of entering the Church is to repent, be baptized in Jesus' name, and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Luke 24:45-49, Acts 2:38-39 and I Cor. 12:13. This is God's Church, not man's. If you wish to enter, we will do it God's way or we won't enter into His Church. Jesus said, "I am the door." There is no other way. I don't care what you are taught, nor what you may believe. Jesus is the way, the only way and there is no other. Not long after Jesus uttered these words, he was unjustly tried by wicked men, was condemned, and died upon the cross. But the grave could not hold Him; He arose, and again appeared unto Mary and His disciples. Just before Jesus went back to heaven, He commanded His disciples to tarry at Jerusalem for the power from on high. He commanded them to carry the Gospel to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem, after first receiving the baptism of the Holy Ghost. Note especially Luke 24:46-49, "And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high." This same command is recorded in Acts 1:3-9. "And being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me. But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. When Jesus had gone back to heaven, two men in white appeared unto His disciples. They promised that some day Jesus would come back to earth as He had gone. Acts 1:10-11 "And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; which also said, ye men of Galilee, why stand you gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven." His disciples continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, with Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers. Acts 1:12-15 and Luke 24:49-53. Luke 21:12-19 In the meantime, God's people receive persecution. They are brought before church authorities, sent to prisons, taken before kings and magistrates. They give their testimony for Jesus, He gives them inspired words. They are betrayed by relatives and friends; some of Christ's people are put to death. They are hated of all men because they love the precious name of Jesus. Luke 21:20-27 Jesus speaks of Jerusalem encircled by armies. Desolation follows; vengeance falls upon the unbelieving Jews. Wrath and distress come to the sons of Abraham. They fall by the sword; the remnant are led captive to all nations. Jerusalem is trodden down by the Gentiles until the end of the Gentile age. Signs appear in the sun, moon, and stars, nations are in distress; men's mind are stricken with perplexity and grief. Thrones and kingdoms quiver and fall. The Son of man comes in a cloud with power and great glory. Luke 21: 28-33 Jesus exhorts His people to look up when these things begin to come to pass, for their redemption draws nigh. When the fig tree, a type of the Jewish nation, shoots forth, we know the kingdom of God is nigh at hand. When Jesus knew He would soon go to the cross, He desired to comfort His disciples. Even though He was to rise from the dead, He could only remain in person a short time. His followers would need special help. Jesus told His disciples of many mansions in His Father's house. He promised to go and prepare a place for them. He promised to come back and receive them unto himself. John 14:1 -3 Jesus promised that the Father would send another Comforter, the Spirit of Truth, to abide with them forever. The world could not receive the promise, the Spirit was only for believers. John 14:15-18. John 15:26-27 "But when the comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of Truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me, and ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning." Also John 16:7-13. Luke 21 gives a simple account of prophetic events by the great Teacher to some of His disciples. In this simple discourse, we gain a brief view of happenings from the time our Savior left this earth until His feet shall again touch mount Olivet. Luke 21:5-7 Jesus' disciples remind Him of the mighty and glorious Temple in Jerusalem. He replies that not one of the huge stones shall be left upon another. Luke 21:8-11 We learn of deceivers who come in Jesus' name. We are warned not to go after them. We hear of wars and commotions, yet are exhorted not to fear, these things must first come to pass. Nations and kingdoms go to battle against other countries, blood flows, desolation and misery follow. Great earthquakes come in divers places, famines and pestilences destroy multitudes; fearful sights are seen from heaven.

The Battle Of Man!!
Mood:  not sure
Topic: Battle Going On

The Subject:  There is a battle going on.

In the book of James, we find he is talking to the church, not to the world.  The people of the world, he already has in the palm of his hands, if Satan already has you then there is no need for a fight.  He's happy, but it's God children he wants, so there is a battle going on. There are two kinds of battles.  There is the natural battle like they are having over in Israel and there is the spiritual battles we go through.  We could say we are in a war zone.  If we resist Satan we are in a battle and if we submit ourselves to God there is a battle going on.  For as soon as we resist Satan, war has been declared.   If we submit ourselves to  Jesus war has been declared.    James tells us here in the 4th chapter of the book of James to submit ourselves to Jesus, and resist Satan.  So war is inevitable, and the Battle has begun.   From the way the world is going it seems like most people would rather resist Jesus, and submit themselves to Satan.  That way they would not have to have all the war fare that goes on in our everyday life. But think about it....What would we have instead ?   Spiritual Death.   Do people find it easier to submit to Satan than to Jesus?   Yes, I know, I used that name. In this warfare we are going through we have to make decisions everyday, which, sometimes we don't like to make.  It's so much easier to give in, and give up, than to fight. Paul said, " the good fight of faith."   I wonder sometimes if we ever stop in our busy life style to think on these two words, Submit and resist?  I think sometimes we just read over them on our way to something else more interesting.  The Def. of submit is: Surrender, compel, Give in, yield.  The Def. for Resist is: Resist, fight, oppose, withstand, hold off, and stand up against. It seem sometimes that people are doing just the oppose.  They seem to be submitting to Satan and resisting God.  There is an old gospel song titled: " I surrender all "   But do we ?  and if so, then to whom do we surrender?  The Def. for all is: Total, entire, everything, complete. In other words nothing else left to surrender.  Not just what we want to give up, but give it all over to Jesus.  All means All.  I think that most people think we are saved, that we are alright. No need to worry, we have it made.  But our souls cry out, I haven't made it yet.  I'm still in need. The Apostle Paul, one of the greatest apostles said, "I haven't it yet." In reality, do we surrender all?  Or are we too much an adult to humble ourselves before God?  Are we too rich, too well educated, too worldly, to place our trust in a God whom we cannot see or touch.  Do we think we are too smart to fall for a line like that?  Is the "Christian", or Being, "Spiritual," a state or condition of the mind of man, or a state or condition of the soul of man?  Which one guides our very existence?   How many people do you know that would own up-to submitting themselves to the devil, and resisting Jesus?  Not many if any.  When a person kills another human being they are killing one of God's creation.  Tell me then who are they submitting to, Jesus or Satan?  Those same people who say that they would never serve the devil, are doing so by doing his will. Do we really submit ourselves to Jesus, totally and completely?  Do we believe that something is too small for Jesus to know about, or too large to perform?  Many say " I want Jesus will to be done in my life."  But, yet they still refuse to let his will be done in their lives.  Do we really yield to him?  Do we surrender to his will, or " our will be done?"  Do we really resist Satan?  The Bible tells us to resist Satan, but how hard, how often, do we oppose him, stand up to him, fight him, or do we wilt like a flower in a drought.  Maybe we are afraid of making him mad.  The only thing worse than a mad devil is a mad God, which one are we trying to please?  Most people find it easier to give in than to resist him.  Could the answer lie within the nature of mankind?  We were born with that Adams nature.  Paul said,"  In my flesh dwells no good thing."  It seems that man wants to hang onto that scripture, as an excuse to keep resisting Jesus and submitting themselves to Satan.  This body of ours can indeed be a body of death, but only if we allow it to be.   Remember, Jesus came to save us from our sins, not in our sins, and for him to do his work in our lives, we must submit ourselves to him, and then resist the devil. Before anyone can ever hope to resist the devil, we have to submit our lives, our mind, our heart, our body, and soul to God.  It is Jesus that will fight our battles for us.  God did not promise us a rose garden.  Just what are we to submit to Jesus?  First, our minds, our thought, or spiritual heart.  For he who controls the mind, also controls the rest of the body, for our minds, our brains, our intellect, controls our thoughts, our actions, our desires, our members.  The Bible tells us that our mind has to be transformed or renewed.  What enters into our mind?  Everything, and anything, all things.  Our minds is a waste station.  Our minds try to come up with the right solutions, what is right and what is wrong. Genesis 6:5  "and God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thought of his heart was only evil continually."  And this was only in the sixth chapter of Genesis, it didn't take long for the war to start, did it?  Def:  of Imagination; fantasy, Illusion, dream world.  This is a royal battle, that we are in for our souls.  We are in the middle of a tug of war, between the Lord pulling one way, and Satan pulling the other, between the good and evil, both sides wants us, and our soul hangs in the balance, which way are we going to decide?  Our souls are the Trophy for either God or Satan.  Who are we going to submit ourselves to?  Def: for Soul:  is the seat of our affections. Desires, emotions, and the will of man.  On one side there is light, and hope, on the other side there is only darkness, and despire.  On one side there is eternal life with Jesus, on the other side, only death.  The Bible tells us, "The wages of sin is death."  The battle is not over, we are in it every day, whether we realize it or not.  It is our choice to make which one we want.  For God will not force anyone to serve him.

Christian Rock Concerts
Mood:  irritated

This is a topic that really Irritates me and make me Right Down Mad, and grieves the Holy Ghost with in me. These "ROCK" concerts, here in Kentucky they have one every year in Wilmore,Ky called  Ichthus These people Dress any way they want spiked hair ear rings hanging off their body's to the point that they look like a Christmas tree. The word of god says to "Make a Joyful Noise unto the Lord" but as they say "Give me a Break" the music that they play (If you want to call it Music) was not what the Lord had in Mind. with the way the 1) act, 2) dress 3) the Music we might as will have church service in a "Bar" or a "Strip Club", you can not tell the Difference from the"World" Music & The So called "Gospel Music". they slap the words God, Lord, Gospel on it and they think it is all right. Do not get me wrong I do know what they are trying to do (Reach the Yong people) but God has been reaching the young people for year, and with out this type of Behaver. they have to ask them selfs what is it gaining these young people, they can still dress like they want, they can still have their rock music, so what have they given up???. the word of God says "To Mortify the Deeds of the Body" NOT Feed them. Romans 8:13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. And Colossians 3:5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:.. I feel that this is "Hurting" our Children more than it is Helping them. It is telling them that it is OK to act and do what ever they want to, and that will still be OK with God, "It will Not". God wants us to Be "Holy" = (Pure, Clean, Undeflied) these children & Young People are none of the Above. I Know this may seem that i am coming down Hard, maybe I am but this is NO time to be "Sugar Coating Things" The word of God Must Be Heard. The word of God is being Perverted to the Point that people can hardly recognize it. Jeremiah 23:36 And the burden of the LORD shall ye mention no more: for every man's word shall be his burden; for ye have perverted the words of the living God, of the LORD of hosts our God. And see Mark 7:13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye....Man Try and see the word of God with the "Natural Eyes" and Not the "Spiritual Eyes", we can NOT change the Law & Word of God, It will STAND with or without Us. When Jesus was around 12 years Old he was Not off Playing Army, or Cowboys and Indians, He was in the "Temples" Learning and speaking with the Priests. "He was about his Fathers Business" This is what we need to be and not having our Children still acting Like the World and saying it is in the Name of God (Jesus).... We have to come UP to God and NOT Bring God Down To us and Our Ways, For Our ways are Not His ways, and Our Thoughts Are Not His Thoughts!. We have these "Long Hair" People with ear rings all in their face, and when ask about it they have the nerve to say they are trying to reach the Young people, the word of God have been reaching the young people for years, with out this abomination going on in his Name. They all so have the nerve to say Jesus had Long Hair, these are Unlearned people that do not under stand that the "Images" that they see of Jesus is Just Man Made and NOT!! what Jesus Looked like. Jesus was of a Jew National and had hair like they do, The word of God says 1 Corinthians 11:14 Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?. have you ever seen a "Blue Eyed" "Blond Hair" Jew? We have to Stand on the Word of God and not try and Bend it and even break it to fit our need and thoughts.

Why Pray? Why Fast?
Mood:  happy
Topic: Prayer & Fasting

WHY FAST? Well, first of all, WHY NOT? There is something about prayer &
fasting that rub the flesh the wrong way! First thing the flesh says is..
DO I GOTTA?

ANSWER: YES! Well, that is if you want to be successful in God! If
you want to be a spiritual failure...No you don't have to Pray & Fast.
We will assume that since your here, you want to make it!
PRAYER & FASTING ARE NOT OPTIONAL FOR A CHILD OF GOD!
These are issues of Spiritual discipline... they are a must: HERE'S WHY:

#1. IT IS YOUR MOST POWERFUL WEAPON:
Mark 9:25- 29 When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he
rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, [Thou] dumb and deaf spirit, I
charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him. And [the spirit]
cried, and rent him sore, and came out of him: and he was as one dead;
insomuch that many said, He is dead. But Jesus took him by the hand, and
lifted him up; and he arose. And when he was come into the house, his
disciples asked him privately, Why could not we cast him out? And he said
unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.
(we'll come back later)
Acts 12:5 Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without
ceasing of the church unto God for him. (AND HE WAS SET FREE)
James 5:15- 16 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord
shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven
him. Confess [your] faults one to another, and pray one for another, that
ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth
much.
Many battle you will face will be coming from Satanic forces & Devils. But
by prayer & fasting you will overcome!

#2. WE ARE TOLD TO PRAY:
I Timothy 2:8 I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy
hands, without wrath and doubting.
Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and
supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Romans 12:11- 12 Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the
Lord; Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in
prayer;
Luke 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted
worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand
before the Son of man.
Luke 18:1 And he spake a parable unto them [to this end], that men ought
always to pray, and not to faint;
I Peter 4:7 But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober,
and watch unto prayer.
Colossians 4:2 Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with
thanksgiving;
HOW TO PRAY WILL BE COVERED IN NEXT WEEKS SESSION: However, NOTICE:
Matthew 6:5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites
[are]: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners
of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They
have their reward.
Note that Jesus said WHEN you pray... not IF you pray. Prayer was
expected. But Jesus taught us to pray with sincerity... not for show like
Pharisee.
ALSO: DON'T PIDDLE AROUND, PRAY MEANING BUSINESS ===> BELIEVE!
Mark 11:24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye
pray, believe that ye receive [them], and ye shall have [them].
AS A YOUNG CHRISTIAN, YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT A PRAYER LIFE IS WHAT
BUILDS YOUR FOUNDATION: EVERYTHING RISES OR FALLS UPON YOUR ABILITY TO
TOUCH HEAVEN.

*** You must have a relationship with Jesus Christ.. Not just the church!

#3. WHAT SHOULD WE BE PRAYING FOR?

A> Leaders... both spiritual & secular...

I Timothy 2:1- 3 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications,
prayers, intercessions, [and] giving of thanks, be made for all men; For
kings, and [for] all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and
peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this [is] good and
acceptable in the sight of God our Savior;
Did you notice that you don't start by praying for self? Gimme Gimme... We
should be praying for those in authority, not just bashing them verbally!
*** YOU SHOULD DAILY PRAY FOR YOUR PASTOR & HIS FAMILY & YOUR CHURCH ***
I Thessalonians 5:11- 13 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify
one another, even as also ye do. And we beseech you, brethren, to know
them which labor among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish
you; And to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. [And]
be at peace among yourselves.

B> That your counted worthy to escape...

Luke 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted
worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand
before the Son of man.

C> For the lost...
Matthew 9:38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send
forth laborers into his harvest.

D> To overcome Satan...
John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have
peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I
have overcome the world.

Romans 12:21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good. <<<
Tell story of Daniel chapter 10 briefly >>>

E> To be spiritually minded & overcome the flesh...
Romans 8:5- 9 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the
flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to
be carnally minded [is] death; but to be spiritually minded [is] life and
peace. Because the carnal mind [is] enmity against God: for it is not
subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in
the flesh cannot please God. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the
Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have
not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
II Corinthians 10:4- 5 (For the weapons of our warfare [are] not carnal,
but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down
imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the
knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the
obedience of Christ;

F> To maintain a forgiving humble spirit...

Matthew 6:14- 15 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly
Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses,
neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Proverbs 8:13 The fear of the LORD [is] to hate evil: pride, and
arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.

G> To keep from fainting...

II Corinthians 4:16 For which cause we faint not; but though our outward
man perish, yet the inward [man] is renewed day by day.
Proverbs 24:10 [If] thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength [is]
small.
START PRAYING & DON'T STOP FOR ANYTHING!
*** PEOPLE OF PRAYER ALWAYS HAVE THEIR REWARD!
Cornelius found salvation: Peter was freed from prison: TO NAME A COUPLE!
________________________________________________________________
A FEW WORDS ABOUT FASTING:

Matthew 6:16 Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad
countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men
to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. (NOT IF!)
Like prayer: fasting must not be done for show... mean business!
First of all, fasting is always linked with prayer... fasting with out
prayer is a diet... Nothing wrong with that... but it won't have SPIRITUAL
PUNCH! *** YOU CAN PRAY WITH OUT FASTING, BUT NOT VICE - VERSA
Matthew 9:14- 15 Then came to him the disciples of John, saying, Why do we
and the Pharisee fast oft, but thy disciples fast not? And Jesus said unto
them, Can the children of the bride chamber mourn, as long as the
bridegroom is with them? but the days will come, when the bridegroom shall
be taken from them, and then shall they fast.
Jesus said there will be plenty of time for spiritual battle &
heaviness... But while I'm here, I want you to enjoy it! (OH WE NEED THOSE
TIMES!)

*** FASTING'S GREATEST WORK: = To help us subdue our flesh & be sensitive
to the holy Ghost... Notice God's direction came after fasting...
Acts 13:1- 4 Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain
prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and
Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the
tetrarch, and Saul. As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy
Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work where unto I have
called them. And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid [their] hands
on them, they sent [them] away. So they, being sent forth by the Holy
Ghost, departed unto Seleucia; and from thence they sailed to Cyprus.
FASTING IS CONNECTED WITH MOURNING:
Esther 4:3 And in every province, whither soever the king's commandment and
his decree came, [there was] great mourning among the Jews, and fasting,
and weeping, and wailing; and many lay in sackcloth and ashes.
Psalms 35:13 But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing [was]
sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting; and my prayer returned into
mine own bosom.
Psalms 69:10 When I wept, [and chastened] my soul with fasting, that was
to my reproach.
FASTING MOVES GOD:
Ezra 8:21- 23 Then I proclaimed a fast there, at the river of Ahava, that
we might afflict ourselves before our God, to seek of him a right way for
us, and for our little ones, and for all our substance. For I was ashamed
to require of the king a band of soldiers and horsemen to help us against
the enemy in the way: because we had spoken unto the king, saying, The
hand of our God [is] upon all them for good that seek him; but his power
and his wrath [is] against all them that forsake him. So we fasted and
besought our God for this: and he was entreated of us.
Look at what Fasting will do:
Isaiah 58:5- 6 Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to
afflict his soul? [is it] to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread
sackcloth and ashes [under him]? wilt thou call this a fast, and an
acceptable day to the LORD? [Is] not this the fast that I have chosen? to
loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the
oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
_____________________________________________________
SOME COMMON QUESTIONS ANSWERED
____________________________________________________

A> HOW OFTEN SHOULD I FAST?

No set amount in Bible... But should be regularly. Paul gave a hint...
II Corinthians 11:27 In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in
hunger and thirst, in fasting often, in cold and nakedness.

B) ARE THERE DIFFERENT TYPES OF FASTS? Many. Here are 3 basic types.

1. Partial: Fasting certain things of enjoyment but not total food.
Daniel 1:8- 12 But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile
himself with the portion of the king's meat, nor with the wine which he
drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might
not defile himself. Now God had brought Daniel into favor and tender love
with the prince of the eunuchs. And the prince of the eunuchs said unto
Daniel, I fear my lord the king, who hath appointed your meat and your
drink: for why should he see your faces worse liking than the children
which [are] of your sort? then shall ye make [me] endanger my head to the
king. Then said Daniel to Melzar, whom the prince of the eunuchs had set
over Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, Prove thy servants, I beseech
thee, ten days; and let them give us pulse to eat, and water to drink.

2. Normal: Jewish fast was water only... for 24 hour periods.

3. Absolute: No water or food. This is not recommended for long.

Even in the Bible, the longest fast of this type was 3 days... except for
occasions when supernatural strength was given.
*** REMEMBER: you are not fasting for ego, or to appease God.
Your fasting to draw close to God. If you fail during a fast, and slip,
don't let guilt destroy you... get back in it! If you come to a situation
of complete weakness... eat some raisins or light fruit or honey. Then
keep right back on it. You will notice how after 3 days fasting becomes
simple after you get over the hump.
LET'S GET STARTED INTO SPIRITUAL VICTORY WITH FASTING & PRAYER!
I Corinthians 7:5 Defraud ye not one the other, except [it be] with
consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and
come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinence.
We need to give ourselves to prayer & fasting...
It will kill out this old man, and open doors to the spirit for us.

*** IF THE FIRST CHURCH NEEDED IT, HOW MUCH MORE SHOULD THE LAST? ***

"The Catholic Church"
Mood:  irritated
Topic: "TRUTH"

The Title of this is "Truth", something this world has tried to not see and push off. Romans 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshiped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. it is with this Verse i begin, The Catholic Church has teach that Mary (The Mother of Jesus) is great and the Pope even Greater, Worshiping the Creature more than God. Do not get me wrong Mary, the Bible says was Blessed but even she had to receive the Holy Ghost (See Acts 1:14, 2:1-4, 2:38-39). and the Pope does NOT have The Holy Ghost, But Peter who they have set up as their First Pope Did. So peter had to get the Holy Ghost, Mary Had to get the Holy Ghost (With the Evidence of speaking in other Tongues as the Spirit Of God give utterance and NOT Just learning another Language). so why does the Pope not have it or have to get on his knees to get it??. They have Peter a Man of God that they Killed in Rome, appointed their Pope, but again they do NOT do anything that this Man stood for and that is the Name of Jesus (Oh there goes that Name), and the Holy Ghost. Jesus Gave unto Peter the Keys to the Kingdom, and he used those Keys on the day of Pentecost (See Acts 2:38-39). Peter was NOT the rock on which the Church was to be Built JESUS Was, Jesus is the Foundation. the Keys are 1) Repent 2) Baptism in the Name Of Jesus 3) Receiving the Holy Ghost and just like the key you use to unlock your Home to get inside, we need all three of these Keys to get inside the Kingdom of God, and with out these keys we will just be standing at the door knocking but not have the keys to unlock the door to get in. (See Matthew 16:16-19 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Jesus does NOT say Peter was that rock, just that Jesus said upon This Rock he will Build his church, the rock being the three keys to the Kingdom. I feel that the Catholic Church has placed a great Evil upon man Kind and has tried Hiding the "TRUTH" But the Truth WILL NOT AND CAN NOT Be Hid, it will and has came out. Matthew 10:26 Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. And see Matthew 11:25 At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes. I Pray that all that read this will be Pricked in their Hearts as they were on the day of Pentecost and not be as stated by Paul ( 2 Corinthians 4:3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: Paul stated it to the Galatians,see- Galatians 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Ask your self what Gospel did Paul Preach, he Preached the same thing that Peter did, the Three Keys Repent, be Baptized in the Name Of Jesus and the Third key Receive the Holy Ghost, any thing other than that Paul said "Is Accursed". I say this not to condemn anyone but to try and help open the eyes of those that have been Blinded by the Lies and feed "Untruth". Only Jesus can Open the eyes, all I or any one can do is to point the way. I say hear and see the "TRUTH" and go and get your "KEYS" to open the Door and it is Just one Door but three keys to open that door, and that door is "Jesus Christ"...."There is none so Blind, Than those that will NOT! See"........
